Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case my tire sensor warning light came on for my front right tire, however, I had replaced this part for all 4 of my tires within the required warranty period, thus, this visit was covered under the terms of the warranty. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. In addition, he kindly applied tire cleaner to all 4 of my tire rims, he kindly vacuumed my car, he kindly had my car washed, and he kindly helped changed my rear license plate holder with new bolts as well as my front license plate holder. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. It was a pleasant experience purchasing our Chevy Blazer from Erick. He was very knowledgeable answering all our questions about this vehicle and trading in my old one. Erick was available on the phone when I had questions and concerns. I would consider working with Erick on our next purchase. At the end of the sale Erick was able to remove my I-Pass sticker with a heat gun and transfer it to the new vehicle. Bonus!!

The guys here worked on a price, took a little bit of negotiating but they had the wiggle room to come to an agreement and were very respectful.
