This was our first visit to City Chevrolet of Grayslake after visiting two other dealerships in the area and am so glad we took the time to stop in. From the time we walked through the door all the way through getting in our new Traverse to go home, we were treated with respect and honesty. Could not be happier with our decision to use City Chevrolet. Our sales associate Darrell James was outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure we were informed. The general sales manager, Alfonso Gomez, took the time to walk us through the numbers to ensure we fully understood each and every item. The finance manager, Tony Ruiz, explained in simple terms what each document was that we were signing and the costs of the extended warranty we wanted to purchase. This dealership gets an A+! More
