I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and Mary McDaniel was the sales person. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. They offer a 30 day/1000 mile warranty on the car which doesn't sound like much but mo the sales person. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. They offer a 30 day/1000 mile warranty on the car which doesn't sound like much but most used cars are as is. I live in Hot Springs Arkansas which is a 3 hour drive to the dealer, but for the deal I got it was well worth it. The very next day the thermostat went out and I was prepared to drive back to Memphis to use the warranty to get it fixed. It was suggested that I get it repaired in Hot Springs and they would cover the cost. I did that today and 45 minutes after City Auto was contacted that the repairs were completed the bill was paid. I couldn't ask for better customer service and definitely recommend this dealership. Every bit a 5 star company. Ask for Mary when you go. More
I'm Kenneth Adams from Houston, Texas, I flew in to pick up my Van and drove it back home. Only to find out I was driving without a spare tire and a worn tire on my passage side. I was told all tires had be up my Van and drove it back home. Only to find out I was driving without a spare tire and a worn tire on my passage side. I was told all tires had been replaced with new ones only to find out at a gas station that was untrue. Once I discovered the tire was defective. I was paranoid about driving and hoping I didn't have a blowout. It was a scary and nervous ride home. I had to drive 567 miles home with no spare, a bad tire, and a tire with a missing sensor. It's been almost two months since I sent them pictures and a receipt for a new tire and sensor. I'm still missing one tire, for the spare, yet they have not responded. I was told I would be reimbursed. I ask where is the customer service. By the Grace of God, I made it home safely. More
The customer service is non-existent. Tried time and again to reach my finance person because they needed my signature on a document. Went by City Auto twice with no luck and no one else knew anything about the paperwork. I finally reach the guy today and he says oh, we got our title and tag person to sign since we have power of attorney. One, that bit of information was a surprise (Note to self, look at the paperwork more slowly next time) and why didn’t someone let me know I didn’t have to sign the paperwork? No one knows what anyone else is doing there and it’s next to impossible to reach the people you need to talk to. More
I sat down with Mo, a sales rep, and we figured out which car I wanted. He ran my credit before I was able to see the carfax which showed that it had a rear end wreck. Mo had lead me to believe that it hadn't had a wreck. But whatever about that. Moving on, a week after I had my 2020 camry there was a massive leak in my trunk and it smelled terribly of mildew and got everything inside my trunk soaking wet. I went up there and they told me that it wasn't covered by my 30 day warranty. I spoke with a service manager and she had me drop my car off at 9 am Monday morning. I called back at 230 because I hadn't heard anything, and they didn't even know my car was there. Hadn't worked on it or nothing. They said maybe a contractor had it. I'm really upset with this company and their standard of service. More

The malfunction light has came on needed new air bag springs. Besides that I needed a wheel lock that I knew nothing about was on the tires. I called to see if they could possibly locate the one for my vehicle was told there wasn't one (without checking) and was told they sometimes put "universal" locks on their tires but I was never informed or given a lock key. I was told to bring my vehicle in to see if it was universal. Mind you my suv is getting serviced and the guy is saying it's not universal and is a genuine Mercedes wheel lock. My brakes were squealing really bad they promised to look at them , kept my car for 3 days only to say they drove it around and didnt hear anything! Ha they didnt even look at my brakes. Oh also I was only given one car key to my vehicle and was told they must of misplaced it. These guys are just out to get your money so spend it somewhere else that's certified. More
