From that point forward, I knew my search for a new car was over. Josiah went above and beyond what I would consider satisfactory customer service. He responded promptly to any email messages I sent. He followed up email messages with phone calls. He was willing to meet with me at the dealership even when he wasn't scheduled to work. Basically, he did everything he possibly could to put me in a new RDX.
