This was the first time I visited this dealership since I live in Nj and usually go to another one for service. I had an issue that needed to be taken care of right away. Ciocca service was able to get me live in Nj and usually go to another one for service. I had an issue that needed to be taken care of right away. Ciocca service was able to get me in the next day while my usual dealer said I could bring in my car but that they couldn’t guarantee that I would be able to have it fixed or even looked at. The issue was fixed along with another ongoing issue that I had complained to my normal dealer about a few times. Both of the issues were known to be faulty and they were covered under warranty.
