Took my WRX for a 30k service. I was moved to 'waiting' status, offered a loaner, and given a ride instead to and from a coffee shop. When I scheduled the service, I'd been tol I was moved to 'waiting' status, offered a loaner, and given a ride instead to and from a coffee shop. When I scheduled the service, I'd been told the only available appointment was drop-off. Got moved up in priority. (Ciocca did not have Saturday shuttle service for my previous services, requiring a hike in some bad weather.) A very positive experience. Thanks! More
