Not only are the vehicles competitively priced at Flemington Subaru that there's little time spent bargaining and more time spent enjoying the process of getting a new car, but my wife and I have als Flemington Subaru that there's little time spent bargaining and more time spent enjoying the process of getting a new car, but my wife and I have also traded in two vehicles with Alex at Flemington Subaru and received excellent values for them at trade-in. The customer service is fantastic, from responsive detailed emails by Alex to our inquiries, all the way down to the "fun" of signing lots of paperwork with Glenn at the end. The process is easy because of their attention to detail. There are no spelling errors, incorrect numbers, or other inconsistencies we've experienced at other dealerships that have made us nervous and wary. We also appreciate the fact that for test drives we go on our own and have enough fuel to test a vehicle meticulously without pressure for 20 or 30 minutes. We value that each of us has an opportunity to drive highway, back road, windows up, windows down, AC and heat on/off to truly experience each vehicle we're testing. They care that we feel confident in our purchase and there is no pressure to take our time either. After the purchase we continue to be reminded that we're not just customers in one instance, we are reminded with thank you cards, even a box of cookies, they appreciate our business and customer loyalty beyond the transaction. Based on my previous experience with other dealerships I was afraid that the price I was told was just the starting point and I would be told that exact model/color/options are not available or I would be pushed to buy extras. But when I came I saw the exact model of the color I wanted and the options I asked for, and the price was exactly I was told. Rick spent a lot of time with us explaining everything and answering our questions (even though the car was technically already sold). More
