The customer service is fantastic, from responsive detailed emails by Alex to our inquiries, all the way down to the "fun" of signing lots of paperwork with Glenn at the end. The process is easy because of their attention to detail. There are no spelling errors, incorrect numbers, or other inconsistencies we've experienced at other dealerships that have made us nervous and wary. We also appreciate the fact that for test drives we go on our own and have enough fuel to test a vehicle meticulously without pressure for 20 or 30 minutes. We value that each of us has an opportunity to drive highway, back road, windows up, windows down, AC and heat on/off to truly experience each vehicle we're testing. They care that we feel confident in our purchase and there is no pressure to take our time either. After the purchase we continue to be reminded that we're not just customers in one instance, we are reminded with thank you cards, even a box of cookies, they appreciate our business and customer loyalty beyond the transaction. Based on my previous experience with other dealerships I was afraid that the price I was told was just the starting point and I would be told that exact model/color/options are not available or I would be pushed to buy extras. But when I came I saw the exact model of the color I wanted and the options I asked for, and the price was exactly I was told. Rick spent a lot of time with us explaining everything and answering our questions (even though the car was technically already sold). More

There are two Subaru dealerships much closer to our home, but we were very pleased with our initial experience & felt that this dealership was the only place to purchase another Subaru. We progressed through the vehicle selection process without feeling pressured, and our contract was facilitated in an organized, informed,and timely manner. Our salesperson Bob Geissler guided us to the most suitable and affordable Subaru model. Fortunately, we selected a model from the available inventory of the dealership.The sale was made late in the afternoon on a Friday, yet the processing and delivery was expedited so we were able to take the vehicle home the next afternoon.Since we live over an hour from the dealership, this was most satisfactory! As Flemington Subaru "repeat" customers,we feel assured that we will continue to experience the warmth and integrity of the staff,... and unsurpassed personal and technical service. Alex was the first person I talked to in a winding, multi-month search of brands, dealers and salesman. I did not fully appreciate how good he is until after I talked to other dealers in PA & NJ and w multi-month search of brands, dealers and salesman. I did not fully appreciate how good he is until after I talked to other dealers in PA & NJ and wasted hours of my life waiting for people to talk to "my manager" to produce almost no new information. Alex on the other hand was totally straight forward, candid, friendly and business like. I am an executive with an extensive finance and legal background. I assumed most car shopping experiences would be like working with Alex. If you are looking for a Subaru in the New Hope, Flemington area I strongly recommend seeing Alex. If like me, you "need" to see multiple dealers and vehicles as due diligence see some of the idiots selling cars out there first and go to Alex for a fair price and the privilege of working with a fully evolved business person.
