When we walked in the door of the dealership we were greeted with dignity and we felt that the people at Subaru were not just there to sell us a car for commission but were looking to help us purchase a Subaru IF that was the decision we eventually came to. My wife and I are educated people, we had done a lot of research and had been to a number of car dealerships around NJ and in PA also. We are expecting our first child and so we had been debating about which car suited our needs. We didn't want to be sold a vehicle. We wanted to choose one. I felt that the Flemington Subaru team understood that, respected that and allowed us to make a decision. In other dealerships there was high pressure to sell and here there wasn't any pressure to do anything but make a good decision that we were happy with. The process was streamlined well and each person we dealt with and spoke to was informative and operated in their own realm of expertise from information about the car, to information about acquiring the car to the financing side of the transaction. We are very happy we made the choice to join the 'Subaru family' and is an experience we would recommend to any person in the market for a car. If my husband and I had known how wonderful the Subaru Flemington dealer was beforehand, we would have gone there first! We thought Subarus would have been priced out of our budget but Bob Geissler was wonderful! He spent time finding out what we needed & working up a fair deal for us on our Forester. He was a great dealer - - so honest & sincere. He never pressured us. My husband and I had complete confidence in him and it's nice to know whenever I call the dealership, he treats me like an old friend and honestly cares about helping me. Bob even went through our new car manual and tagged & highlighted the information we would need that was specific to our car and explained every feature of the car, warranty, etc. Even our family members were impressed with Flemington Subaru & are interested in doing business there next time they are in the market for a car.
