Choosing a car is not easy - and I test drove a lot of them. It pretty much came down to a subaru or another manufacturer. I think if I did not receive the friendly, we-will-do-anything-for-you, attitud them. It pretty much came down to a subaru or another manufacturer. I think if I did not receive the friendly, we-will-do-anything-for-you, attitude at flemington subaru I may have gotten the other car. I did visit another Subura dealer in my car hunting process(I was trying to find a specific model at that time), but I did not feel I was treated well at that dealer. But I was approached to right away here, and talked to intelligently. The salesman I worked with knew EVERYTHING about Subaru, and his knowledge just blew me away. He explained the differences well between the various models and engines, and in a language that was easy to understand. And when I decided to get my car, but didn't like the color they had in stock, Rick worked hard to find my number one color and was able to get for me in a few days. He worked to get all the paperwork done before I came in to pick up the car, so everything was a breeze. He took the time, a good half hour or so, to explain all the little and big functions of the my new car. Things to be aware of, and even shared his own experiences about his car. I strongly recommend working with this dealer to get that subaru of your dreams! I could not be happier! More
First time at this dealership. Have bought many new cars over time at different dealers, this purchase was the best experience by far. This was the first time shopping for a used car, had received the same over time at different dealers, this purchase was the best experience by far. This was the first time shopping for a used car, had received the same attention in the showroom as customer's shopping for new cars. Researched the car's history online through the dealer's website/free Carfax link, contacted Alex to see if car was still available, and test drove. Purchased the same day (never had done that before) because I felt comfortable with the quality of the dealership. Never any pressure to purchase, all questions answered, test drove multiple used cars for comparison. This was on a busy Saturday. Picked up my "new" used car Monday evening, Full tank of gas!, washed, appears the oil had been changed, new air filter, and showroom clean. Best buying experience I ever had, no look backs, or doubts about the purchase. Will definitely purchase from this dealer again. More

Very good experience working with Alex, I knew what i wanted, and Alex respected my choices, and made no pressure to try and have me purchase additional options. When i picked up the auto, Alex explained wanted, and Alex respected my choices, and made no pressure to try and have me purchase additional options. I had the pleasure of working with Rick Hungerford and Glenn Clark in buying my new 2013 Subaru STI. The experience overall was amazing and Rick really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and got everything I wanted. I came to Subaru basically with my mind made up on what I wanted and Rick went through all of my options and even called multiple dealerships to try and find a car matching my specifications and options before settling on ordering a 2013 to ensure I got what I wanted. I have had one prior experience in buying a car from a Mazda dealership in Lodi New Jersey and it was memorable, but not in a good way. The sales associate helping me was pushy and wasn't listening to what I wanted. The associate was going through trying to set up all the paperwork without even offering me a test drive! The car was missing a radio and a shift knob and expected me to still take the car I was paying good money for. My frustration with the dealership continued when the climate control was broken and blamed it on the fact that I had an aftermarket radio installed - the one the dealership put in as part of the agreement. What a nightmare. Being young this was my impression on how buying a car works. However, walking into Flemington Subaru I could not have been more wrong. Rick really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. 4 months after ordering the car it arrived at the dealership in which I received a prompt call that it had arrived. Rick went over all the paperwork I had previously filled out to ensure it was correct so everything would be ready for me when I came to pick it up. Oh, and we can't leave out the excellent job Glenn Clark did helping me drive away with my new ride. He was extrememly knowledgeable and really helped me make good decisions on extended service plans and anything extra I might need - or didn't need. All of the paper work was done and ready to go so I could just sign and drive. He also has a really great sense of humor which made the time I was signing seem like minutes. In the end I love my new Subaru and all of the steps made by Rick and Glenn made it easy, fun, and an exceptional experience. If anyone is thinking about buying a new Subaru (and if you aren't you should!) go and see Rick and Glenn at Flemington Subaru. A huge thank you to both of them for putting me in my new STI! More
On a recent visit to the dealership we were interested in comparing buying new, used or leasing a Subaru Outback. Having driven a couple of Outbacks in the past, we were already familiar with the quality and comparing buying new, used or leasing a Subaru Outback. Having driven a couple of Outbacks in the past, we were already familiar with the quality and reliablity of the product. Bob Geissler was very helpful in taking us through what was available at our price point and having decided that leasing a new Limited Edition Outback was the best and most reasonable option we took a short test drive. This was more than enough to convince us that we had made the correct choice. We scheduled a return visit a couple of days later to complete the final paperwork and collect the car. Glenn Clark was particularly helpful and very efficient in carrying out the necessary credit checks and writing up the lease agreement. Once this was all in order, Bob then sat with us in the car and provided a thorough explanation of all the systems and services available in the Outback, most notably the media system. We drove out of the dealership feeling very satisfied with our new acquisition and very appreciative of the high quality of service and care afforded by both Bob and Glenn. More
