I took my 17 forester with ac issues and was quoted a whopping $1900 stating that I needed a new ac compressor. This was not the case as there was a bad solenoid that was a 1 hour fix to the tune of $180 whopping $1900 stating that I needed a new ac compressor. To me that’s the difference between a mechanic and a parts pullers. More
