We live in North Jersey and originally made a deal via phone with Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia. They beat every deal offered within our twenty-five mile range in Essex County. The drive to Philly would have been 110 miles. We asked Dylan Ciocca at the Philly Subaru location if he would transfer the deal to Flemington Subaru, only fifty miles away. Dylan Ciocca is one of the many reasons why the Ciocca dealerships are successful. He could not have been any nicer and repeated that he wanted us happy and to make the process and easy as possible. He transferred us to Michael Castor the General Manager at Flemington location who made the numbers work that put us in a comfortable payment lease structure. He was extremely attentive and truly made us feel like valued customers. Matthew Boyce, the Sales Consultant, is another example of why Ciocca is a terrific place to shop. He went over every detail of the Ascent, spending nearly and hour on all its features to this old guy. Candida Villarino and Jeannette Macpherson, Sales Staff also jumped-in to assist with the paper work and car features. Eric Henderson, is the Business Manager. He offered many protection plans that are worth listening to, especially if you use the Subaru in back roads. Overall, it was an excellent experience. This is the now the second car we obtained from the Ciocca Family. Their VW Flemington is also worth a visit if you are considering a VW. More
