Jeff Aranjo and Ryan the tech were fantastic in helping resolve the issue of my TPS lught going on. I’ve been back-and-forth since March. Radio did not work either. As I live an hour away, Jeff Aranjo arranged a loaner car for me. Luckily, technician fixed a problem in less than an hour. They also changed oil-filter, and rotated tires. Mr. Aranjo quickly texted me on my half way home that I could pick up a car. More
I have been a loyal customer of “Flemington Subaru” for over 30 years. I have purchased at least 6 Subaru from “Flemington Subaru” and have had all my cars serviced and maintained there. My most recent c over 30 years. I have purchased at least 6 Subaru from “Flemington Subaru” and have had all my cars serviced and maintained there. My most recent car, purchased 12-26-22, is a Solterra Limited Edition. While I have had and continue to have excellent interactions with your employees in both the sales and service areas there seems to be a marked drop in coordination within the service department. In October, I was mailed 3 letters of recall by Subaru. I set-up a drop off date and time, selected by your representative. I dropped off the Solterra and when I went to get the car, I was told that a part needed for one of the recalls was not in stock. Really! Ok, that day I spoke with a representative who scheduled me for 7:30 AM the next day. I was told this is a 5-minute fix and I told her ok I’ll bring the car in and wait if they would do it right away. I was told, absolutely, it will be worked on first and we jointly scheduled for me to bring it in at 7:30 AM. I brought the car back the next morning at 7:30 AM and was now told the one and only tech who works on Solterra would not be in until 8:45 to 9:00 AM that day. I left, with my car. A representative called me later that morning and after discussion, I agreed to bring the car back right then. I did and the fix was literally a couple minutes, however, it took three trips on my part when it should have been only one. I believe on November 1; I received a call from one of your representatives who wanted me to schedule a service for my Solterra. I asked what the service entailed, she said, check brakes, fluids, rotate tires and oil change, yes, oil change for a Solterra, I laughed out loud. I asked how many miles before tire rotation is suggested, (I had 4,500 mi at time of call) I was put on hold. I asked, why do they need to check my brakes after 4,500 mi, and my car was just in there two weeks ago, I was put on hold. She did not have answers for either question. Again, it is not the employees, they are polite, cooperative, and engaging. It seems like the fault of the system these employees are working under that needs fixing.
