Tim was our salesman; he was funny, friendly, The moment we walked through the door, people were friendly, and the environment was bright and cheery. Tim was our salesman; he was funny, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He worked hard for us to get us the car that we wanted. It took about six hours from the test drive to the decision to signing the paperwork. Through all of it, everyone who helped us did a quality job. Tim made it a fun experience! Although we were hoping for a lower lease payment, our lease payment came out a little higher. However, Tim tried to get us the best deal that he could. Also, he went over the car in detail with us. Not fair trade offer. Low ball trade offer. Not upfront about actual sales price, they just play around with numbers to confuse you. They told me how many cars they needed Low ball trade offer.
