Hi. Absolute worst experience of my life, especially as a female. So as the owner of my Honda vehicle, I went in on March 10th, 2021, for a free recall fix, and left with a $1,200.00 maintenance bill. No sur female. So as the owner of my Honda vehicle, I went in on March 10th, 2021, for a free recall fix, and left with a $1,200.00 maintenance bill. No surprise but a Salesman named Christian Diggs and Finance Manager Hank Sweet say I could trade my car in and the dealership will pay the bill willy nilly. But a few weeks later on March 31st it’s a different story. When I go in to finalize the trade, the Brand Specialist Emilie Dylina, Used Car Manager Dylan Onufrak, and the Williamsport Campus Service Director Chris Schwartz all proceed to tell me that on top of the trade, I must now pay the $1,200 bill. Lol I left, but here is a beautiful example of how dealerships discriminate against the female. I’m disputing this bill with Ciocca Honda of Muncy because it never would exist if I were a man. So all the girls reading this, please watch yourselves, and these employees. More

Met Jason Seyler on our first trip to a Honda dealership; previously, we were Toyota only customers. Jason was the utmost professional in dealing with us.
