Ciocca Honda of Harrisburg

Went to this dealer and bought a car. We were under the impression that they fixed the 2 issued we mentioned that we were promised they would take care of. Was told the battery was serviced, that the batte impression that they fixed the 2 issued we mentioned that we were promised they would take care of. Was told the battery was serviced, that the battery was good, and the terminals were changed. Come to find out the terminals were not changed, they were just sprayed with anti corrosion spray. Took the car from the dealership to the store, when we came out the car battery was dead. We then had to go back in to buy a new battery to replace it since it was so dead that it wouldn’t even jump. It was a great time while it was 34 degrees out with 30mph winds. Thanks Ciocca, I’ll be sure to never buy from this location again! More

Made an appointment on a Monday for a Thursday test drive. Since I was coming from a bit of a distance...2 hour drive...I needed a few days to rearrange my schedule. On Wednesday at 2:55 PM I get an drive. Since I was coming from a bit of a distance...2 hour drive...I needed a few days to rearrange my schedule. On Wednesday at 2:55 PM I get an appointment confirmation email. At 3:30 PM I get a phone call telling me that the car was sold on Tuesday. As of Wednesday evening...the car is still listed on the website. Crazy...deceitful. More

I would not recommend anyone buy here unless you would like to have your time and your money wasted. They will give you a price that you are not comfortable paying for and will make you feel pressured to like to have your time and your money wasted.
