My husband and I took our car here for a new battery (the one in the car was dead), state inspection, and emissions. Not only did it take 3 days to complete this work (none of which was anything major), but one in the car was dead), state inspection, and emissions. I have had car batteries replaced before, and never has it cost me almost $200 for that alone. Also, I feel as if they did unnecessary repairs for the inspection. The car passed inspection last year with flying colors, and yet this year, when the car had only had 3000 miles put on it during the year, my inspection somehow cost me a little over $1000 (and this did not include the normal expensive parts like new tires, etc.). Never again will I take my car to this dealership for ANY service. I would rather spend the time to drive the hour back to the place I used to go to in Lancaster that I trust. More

Just bought a used car at retail with nothing wrong with it (so they said). They promised to throw on the inspection (something was wrong with the back seat). Went to a different place for a quick look at t it (so they said). They promised to throw on the inspection (something was wrong with the back seat). Went to a different place for a quick look at the vehicle and said it needed new tires. They said they would do that. Then 3 days after we had the car the check engine light came on and we took it there and they said it needed a new transmission and that we would have to pay for it. The inspection still hasn't been done and it runs out at the end of this month (july) More
