I’ve never been to a car dealership before that experience and it was honestly the best place I’ve ever been. As soon as I walked in Cam came up to my friend and I and offered us an assortment of beverages and some snacks, he gave us a detailed tour of the dealership and everyone there was super kind. My salesman was great, but there were some hiccups in the process. For one, despite promising a full tank of gas, I did not leave the dealership with one, my wiper fluid light was on, and the car jack was mi process. These are minor gripes, but I'm told these are things that a good dealer shouldn't miss. That, and the financial guy was a bit sleazy. I felt like my salesman wanted to get me a car I would enjoy, but the finance assistant clearly just wanted as much money as he could claw out of me. Our salesman Austin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and exhibited no pressure. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Ciocca and I must admit they still have a process (maybe somethi vehicle and exhibited no pressure. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Ciocca and I must admit they still have a process (maybe something all the dealers do) that is a little disconcerting. Just when you think the process is over someone unexpectedly other than your salesman will try and sell you an additional warranty for approximately $3500. With my first vehicle from Ciocca I took the warranty but never needed it because my Odyssey was so well made. Some people might welcome additional security, but the timing of this sales pitch, after all the terms of the deal seemed resolved, added pressure to the process. I might be a little suspicious but I think it wouldn’t be offered unless it favored the dealership. More
