I recently purchased a 2018 Mustang GT from Ciocca Ford of Souderton PA and when I arrived to pick the vehicle up after driving 240 miles each way the car was covered in dust and dirt even though I was exp of Souderton PA and when I arrived to pick the vehicle up after driving 240 miles each way the car was covered in dust and dirt even though I was expected to pick the car up at that time, hiding the condition of the paint which is literally covered in micro scratches from top to bottom from severe neglect as well as a small dent on the LR quarter panel and cracks & severe scratches on the rear deck lid panel. The car had debris hardened into every crevice on the exterior body panels, the engine bay was caked with dirt and leaves (I wish I could attach a photo in this review showing how bad it was!) and the window molding on both sides of the vehicle had contaminants baked into them resulting in severe pitting in the rubber moldings which cannot be corrected other than complete replacement of them. The vehicle was not washed until after the paperwork had been signed which was obviously not a coincidence. This was absolutely intentional to hide the damage to the paint and body. The service of the vehicle is also extremely questionable as the air filter was never replaced even though it was filthy & packed with debris and the windshield wiper blades were very worn (the dealer claimed the blades were replaced but that is completely false) which makes me question what else was overlooked or hidden. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed after spending top dollar for this vehicle to have to spend so much more time and money (which will most likely exceed the cost this vehicle sold for new) to get it close to the condition that it should have been when I purchased it. The general sales manager’s reply was “well it is a used car”. There was no accountability for the terrible condition this vehicle was sold in. I would be very cautious about doing business with this dealership! Regrettably it has proven to be a very costly decision on my part. Needless to say I am very unhappy with my purchase from Ciocca Ford! More
I went here because my Ford Ranger cover was leaking, installed by Ford, from the moment I walked into the door, the service man at the desk to the left was looking for reasons to not service the issue u installed by Ford, from the moment I walked into the door, the service man at the desk to the left was looking for reasons to not service the issue under warranty even though the company that manufactures the cover BAKFLIP already gave me a claim number to cover it. He told me that since I was second owner they would not cover it, BAKFLip knew the situation and approved the repair but he insisted they would not cover it. He later called me and told me that he spoke with BakFlip and that since I was second owner he needed to charge me $150 to spray water on it and take pictures. I asked him to stop that I would take it somewhere else and I did just that and they took care of me. A few months later my 72 year old mother took her Fiesta in for service , she dealt with the other service guy on the right, (John, and don't get me wrong, John is a very nice friendly guy with lots of excuses) at which time they found that a squirrel had chewed through some wires and that the repairs were roughly $1100 for the rodent damage, they charged $156 for diagnostic fees, added leaking rear shocks(did not do), discolored brake fluid(did not let them change the fluid) and an alignment to the repair(did not let them do this), replace the spark plugs (Did not let them do this). Then while working on the car they found another issue where another wire was shewed that they missed the first time so they charged an additional diagnostic fee and labor (I'm okay with the labor part) - car has 27000 miles on it. I get it with the squirrel chewed wires, that's not their fault but to charge two diag fees and to come up with all of these other repairs when she already is being hit with a huge repair?? It doesn't stop here - My mother then showed me other invoices from past services, one was when she bought it in at 20,000 miles because the actuator that controls the damper for air conditioning temp was making a clicking sound. They advised her at this time that this vehicle with 20,000 miles on it required new front brakes, rotors, and a complete set of tires. More

Hi i just recently purchased a car from ciocca ford in souderton they were the absolute best from Kayla the internet person to Cameron my actual sales person. They went to their west chester branch to bring me another car i was interested in. Service was amazing, outstanding. I recommend Ciocca Ford to anyone. They know how to finangle those figures to get you the best deal possible Its well worth the travel. I came from 1 hour away. More

You can tell Mike was very knowledgeable about cars and knew everything about engines. He could of took the car apart and put it back together if need be. I just am overwhelmed with him professionalism. I sort of want to go back and just talk pretending that I am buying another car because the experience was that ENJOYABLE! We arrived at the dealership later than we would have like but they still took the time to meet with us and show us around. They listened to what we needed and were we needed to be payment wise. They did not try to push a vehicle on us that we couldn’t afford. I felt absolutely no pressure at all during the process. They were super attentive to our needs (making sure we were comfortable and well hydrated in the heat) and our time. My husband and I have had a few bumps on our credit report over the last few months, but the Ciocca Souderton team worked very hard to help us out. We were originally denied financing for the vehicle we wanted but they worked tirelessly to help us. We left the dealership with a newer vehicle than we originally expected. Once again thank you so much Jeff, Mike and the whole team. I will definitely be recommending and coming back when I have another vehicle need. More
