Great place to buy cars! When you walk into a dealership, you never know what you're gonna get. But I felt that I was treated with respect and honesty. Which goes a long way in this time and age; especially a car dealership. Probably holds more weight that I am saying this about a car dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new vehicle or a used vehicle as well. Just walk on in and ask for Keith. He seems to love his job and more importantly, loves to help people more. There was another guy there named Pat, who will also help with anything you need. (Kinda looks like Jason Statham) Keep up the good work fellas and I'll be around again for my next purchase! More

purchased 2022 ford Bronco runs and drips on paint, passenger door did not line up ,broken dashboard ,steering wheel coming apart , top of roof does not sit even, had service align door now gaps are no passenger door did not line up ,broken dashboard ,steering wheel coming apart , top of roof does not sit even, had service align door now gaps are not even, had roof adjusted still does not line up up right said that the best it gets, intermittent power windows wont go down ,sometimes back up camera stays on in drive, bumpers were un even , ordered it in antimatter blue, price 37.000.00 by the time picked it up price increased to 43,00.00 and couldn't get the color we wanted no longer available had to settle for white. they didn't go over car with me when delivered it , washed it the other day got on ladder to wash the roof and noticed damage hole in roof and creases they denied me warranty coverage on roof, took it to another Ford dealer and they stated damage looked consistent with delivery during shipping,4,000.00 for new roof panels ,back window leaks water inside when it rains this is the worst new car buying experience i ever had !i will never buy another vehicle from this car dealership buyers beware also we only had car 3 days before it had to go in shop for repairs. the shop took two weeks before we got it back! and still not happy with work preformed looks like a armatures did it! So i called ciocca ford after i got a computer response to my review and guess what i got crickets nothing, notta , wont cover me what a joke i will never go here again 'LOSERS' .Do not buy a vehicle from Ciocca Ford Souderton PA' More

Avoid at all costs! I bought a used F150 from them. Was told they put new brakes on the back. Two days later, smoke came from the right rear wheel. Took it back in, and I bought a used F150 from them. Was told they put new brakes on the back. Two days later, smoke came from the right rear wheel. Took it back in, and they "fixed" it for free. One week later, on the way to the shore, smoke starting coming form the left rear wheel. Fortunately, I was in Jersey and had to take it to a different Ford dealership. They showed me that Ciocca had just slapped in whatever used pads and other parts they had lying around. Completely mismatched garbage that put me and my family in danger. $1,000 (other dealership charging Ciocca for most of it) and 6 hours later, the truck had the brakes it was supposed to have when I bought it. Ciocca is the worst. More
