Was disappointed with the lack of clear communication of what was discovered after the prior two appointments did not appear to resolve the issue. The last two times I have been there they have not given me a video of the whole car like they used too. Also they used to tell me what my car needed whenever I get a oil change that didn’t happen either. E me a video of the whole car like they used too. Each time I visited in the past and they told me what was wrong with it, the next time I came they didn’t mention it even though it wasn’t fixed by them or anyone else. That makes me believe was there actually a problem or do they just want money. Now I have my car in there for maintenance and we specifically scheduled it so u could get it back the same day and it been there for about 31 hrs. More
