I am a 17 year old girl who is making payments on the car in my fathers name.... said because, I felt that they really took the time to make sure I understood EVERYTHING about the car, NOT MY FATHER. Which was exactly what I wanted them to do when putting down a large, hard-earned sum of money, especially when it came to extended warranties and insurances. Even time was set aside to go over the controls on the vehicle. Thanks to Tyler (The Salesman) and Dave (The GM) I am loving my "new to me" 2015 Ford Escape. A very particular denali I was looking for a white diamond Denali with tan interior, navigation, and DVD. This was a very difficult combination of requirements to meet. They had the vehicle without DVD, but immediately offered to put in a DVD so it could truly be EVERYTHING I wanted. Of course there was some negotiations involved, but you could really tell they weren't just in it for a sale. They really wanted to meet all our needs. All staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. Although we walked in 10 minutes before the store closed, they stayed and weren't annoyed by the fact we walked in at closing time. They were definitely worth the 50 minute drive. I would highly recommend Apple Ford of Red Lion. In fact, I will be a returning customer the next time I decide to buy again, it just won't be a Ford!
