I’m not sure how much more clear I can be? Amanda (business development person answering the phone) told me the car was on the lot, I immediately drove 1.5 hours to find it was not. I then watched the car remain listed as available for several days after this episode. Clearly, you were using the great deal pricing on this car to draw in customers and attempt an up sale. This is dishonest and you wasted 3 hours of my time. This wasted time caused me to miss out on my second choice car as the sale on that one changed to pending in that three hour span.
