Worst experience ever! Than why have preapprovals? Would never recommend to anyone ever as long as they employ people like that! My uncle owns Nissan dealership and infinity dealer and never thought they wouldn’t want a sale, like I would of put down as much as they wanted or looked at something else, but pretty much was pushed away, what a horrible experience! First time I've ever took the time to write a negative review.. probably only the third review I've ever wrote. To start with I took my Crown Victoria in for a headlight module factory recall. During the review.. probably only the third review I've ever wrote. To start with I took my Crown Victoria in for a headlight module factory recall. During the replacement of the headlight module and mechanic must have damaged the vacuum lines going to my HVAC system, then failed to repair them. When I got my car back I could no longer change the direction of the airflow. (Heat or A/C would only come from the windshield defrost vent) i disregard it when I got my vehicle back because I didn't assume it was caused by damage, rather they forgot to reconnect a vacuum line and I could address it when the weather warmed up and I needed my A/C.. foolish but in hindsight they would of just denied causing the issue sooner. Besides that I recently had my front driver's side door regulator cable break. Out of stupidity it seems now, I asked them for a quote on repairs to that door and a second rear door that operated slowly.. also I asked them to assess the HVAC issue. They wanted $900 for parts and labor on the doors!! I got both the regulators myself at advanced for a total of $195! I'm certain they're getting them cheaper but say it's the same, $705 for labor?! To top it off I left the cover off the door so they could have easier access to the regulator. I paid them $135 to tell me I needed two regulators (which I already told them upon dropping my car off) and they couldn't even put the cover back on my door.. Plus they left garbage on my seats. They said we found broken, not disconnected, vacuum lines causing the issue with my HVAC system but the only way to fix that it's to replace the entire system for an additional $890! Nearly a grand to fix something they broke and left. To this day I'm not sure if this was an intentional play to have me return for repairs and scalp me or just plain incompetence. I can see why they have a 1.5 star rating on this website though I feel it should be lower. I didn't want to leave a star.. wouldn't let me submit my review without one. Same with employee reviews Chris Christmas I never met you but I give you a star for the funniest name on the list. The joker I dealt with wasn't a choice. More

They over charged me for the Inspections/Emission and refused over the phone to credit it back to my credit card w/o me coming in, but would give me a credit. I did not want credit, just the money that should never have been taken. I was told there was a nail in my tire, and for $30.00 I assumed they plugged it. Monday, on my way to work (Interstate 83) my tire pressure light came back on. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed. More
Service Deparment is TERRIBLE! Absolutely terrible. Bought a truck from here and got most service from here for the life of the truck. Went to get spark plugs and coils changed out and their service dept snapped a bolt to one of the coils. Needless to say they said it wasn't their fault and it was added cost to me ($1000+). Talk about Ford loyalty.. won't be buying a Ford again thanks to these "fine" people. Oh, and until their service manager could review what happened they let me ride around with zip tie that held the coil in place. The zip tie is STILL holding the coil in place and the service manager appears to not care at all. I WOULD AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH APPLE! More

We ended up leaving unsatisfied with the customer service we received and searched again after we left, for a similar Explorer. That search brought us to Caleb with Apple Ford, he assured us that if we made the drive there they would give us the best numbers possible. We decided to hope for the best and make the trip- Caleb had the car ready out front, they had already started working on a deal for us, and ended up giving us better numbers than we expected! They beat any other dealerships numbers that we spoke with, Caleb was so great to work with from the start, Jackie was quick and efficient, and they had us out in record timing (per our request). We had such a great feeling after we left and are still very happy with the experience we had at Apple Ford - we will be back! More
