This was the worst decision I ever made purchasing a car from this dealer. Got a used 2018 Santa Fe with less than 50,000 miles in June from this place. The 30 day limited warranty that comes with it is GAR from this dealer. Got a used 2018 Santa Fe with less than 50,000 miles in June from this place. The 30 day limited warranty that comes with it is GARBAGE. Every dealer around offers a MINIMUM of 3 month warranty or more when purchasing a used car, but this place obviously doesn't back their products they sell enough to do it. Should have known to run then knowing that alone. Of course I was new with buying a car, so I didn't know any better. The sales manager when purchasing the car was so pushy and was border line harassing us with trying to have us buy their crazy high priced warranty packages. I will never buy something again when I feel pressured by the seller. Right after the 30 day warranty expired, conveniently that is when everything started breaking down on the car. First it was the oil pan, then a solenoid, then the engine broke completely down, all within 3 months buying the car! Called in to say that there needs to be something done and the person told me "Our dealership will not be helping you financially since it is out of the warranty period per our company policy." Pretty much a "I told you so" to not buying an extended warranty from them at the time of purchase. Take it from me, if you are a car buyer wanting to purchase from this dealership, BEWARE! They take full advantage of people and if you do not know what you are doing, they will screw you a hundred times over like they did to me. More
I had my wiper from the rear of my escape, torn off in their car wash. The service manager said it was due to it being put on incorrectly. This vehicle has been through this car wash hundreds of times I t their car wash. The service manager said it was due to it being put on incorrectly. My F150 needed to have the cylinder head temperature sensor replaced, so I called Apple Ford of Red Lion to get a quote for the part as well as the replacement. The service advisor, Brent, quoted me $26 sensor replaced, so I called Apple Ford of Red Lion to get a quote for the part as well as the replacement. The service advisor, Brent, quoted me $268. I accepted this offer and proceeded to take my truck to drop it off the previous night so that the engine wasn't hot during the work. I had a 10:30am appointment the next day, and I was texted 3 hours after my appointment time by Brent, and he said, “Bad news, for some reason, my labor guide was way off, your new quote will be $570.” At this point, my truck should have been ready for pickup, but they decided to do the old bait and hook on me to get another $300 out of me since they realize it would be more of a hassle to me to lose more time from work to go pick up my truck and take it elsewhere. They did not honor my original quote. Brent simply said, there’s nothing I can do. Brent gave me a quote that enticed me to bring my truck there, lose time from work, etc., and then increased the price drastically after my truck was already there for over a day, and it was apparent that I was cornered. To make it even better, I requested an oil change and tire rotation, and it wasn’t done. I’ve always dealt with xxxxxxx dealerships and service departments, but this one takes the cake. I highly encourage everyone to avoid Apple Ford of Red Lion at all costs. More

Very unhappy with dealership after the way we were treated! A local celerity, if you want to call him that, came in while we were attempting to buy a vehicle. Everything was fine until he got there. O treated! A local celerity, if you want to call him that, came in while we were attempting to buy a vehicle. Everything was fine until he got there. Once he got there we felt we didnt exist anymore. They definitely put more effort into him. We also werent happy with the trade in. Kelly Blue Book valued our car at 8-12 thousand. We asked for 10,000 but were told "the market for used cars is down and the best we can do is 8,000." Later we found out that the put the vehicle online for 16,500. They need to make double what they gave us? If the market is "down", how do they expect to get double? Then the next day it was online for 17,500 with 1,000 off with special apple pricing. So every apple discount is just jacking the price up and then giving that much off to make you feel like you are getting a deal? We asked the general manager about it and he LIED, saying "we had to put new tires on it so we couldnt give you any more money." Even though the vehicle was inspected 9 days prior and passed inspection. Never heard of a dealership putting money into a car when it wasnt necessary. Tried to find the car on the lot to see if they put new tires on it but car was not there. Then the next day they removed the car from online. They know they did us dirty and are trying to hide the vehicle. They also had us sign a paper saying we understood some parts werent in the car when we bought it but they would put them in when the parts came in. We never got a copy of that paper and when we asked for a copy, they couldnt find it. 45 minutes later they found a copy of it. You dont keep those papers on file? Car salesman Joe was fine until he got distracted. He says he gave us all of his attention but he did not give us his undivided attention. Once the "celebrity" got there he kept looking over at him instead of concentrating on us and then even got up to go talk to him and his wife. If they would have just gave us a fair price on the trade instead of trying to make double we may have been able to overlook this. We understand in order for the company to make money they need to make money on the trades. We werent asking them to make nothing on it. They could have done better. More
I think a $142. 00 diagnostic fee is a little excessive, particularly when they were unable to duplicate the problem by driving the vehicle. Steve was a great sales man. He was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I purchased a F150 Lariat. They did not fill my gas tank as every single other dealer has done in past. Just bought knowledgeable, & professional. I purchased a F150 Lariat. They did not fill my gas tank as every single other dealer has done in past. Just bought 2 cars over weekend at Apple Honda & both cars were given to me with full tank of gas, as well as every other dealer I have purchased from. Cheap customer service. Also, they tried to give me a bad deal on my trade in. I asked for a $1000 more, based on an offer I received from Lancaster Carmax, which was $2000 more. I felt my request was a good compromise. They came back with $750 more. I felt that was so petty. You cant give me $250 more when I was buying a truck for $53000. If I didn't really want that specific truck, I would have left & gone to Carmax. Apple Honda gave me $1000 more on both trade ins over weekend based on my offers from Carmax. I will not return to Apple Ford Red Lion in future More
