We could have gotten numbers that night but they would have been from a computer and they wanted to get talk to a person to get the best possible deal so we waited until the next day. I was at work all day the next day so Chris worked with me through phone and text to get everything he needed to get my loan approved. I went in after I got off work to get my new car just needed to sign the paperwork. While we waited for the paperwork to get drawn up Chris and I went out to pair my iPhone with the car and showed me how everything worked and the cool features of the car. Chris got me a really awesome deal on my car. Chris was really nice, cool, and fun to work with. More

The only times we felt like we were at a typical dealership is when he had to deal with management for the trade-in and financing. We believe they low balled us on the trade-in and the financing guy tried to sell us warranty for an additional $6,000! Be fair on the trade-ins and don't try to sell extra, expensive, warranties and the whole experience would have been excellent. Again, Jordan Schaeffer was a pleasure to work with and the coffee was good. More
