They offered life time free inspections. I called today to schedule my inspection for March. When I called at 8:30 no one answered the phone. I called in later and some guy answered the phone who was not at all professional. When I asked for the service department he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. The service person finally came to the phone and did not give me his name. He was very gruff. When I told him I wanted to schedule an appointment for the first part of next month he told me to call back next month he wasn't making appointments that far in advance. When I asked if they were still honoring the free inspections from the prior ownership he got aggrevated but said yes they would still honor it. I will not go in there even if the inspection was free. There was absolutely no reason for them to be this rude. I will not purchase another car from this dealership. More
