Great Experience! Totally Recommend! Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Hanover turned out to be a great experience when it came time for me to upgrade to a better family vehicle. I started o Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Hanover turned out to be a great experience when it came time for me to upgrade to a better family vehicle. I started off by reaching out to their dealership via an online inquiry during after-hours. Despite being closed, Tara responded with an acknowledgement email and advised that she'd be in touch the next day at my preferred time-frame. The next day we talked and I explained my situation and needs. She immediately reviewed every vehicle there that met the criteria and got the ball rolling. Jason then took over and met me for a test drive and vehicle overview. The Dodge Grand Caravan was perfect for my growing family, but it had to be the right deal. Needless to say, Jason and the Gerald made it happen. The important thing about this whole experience was their emphasis on finding a way to get a deal done that could work for me and my situation. There was no vulture up-selling of any kind. I told them my situation and needs and they made it happen. It wasn't a simple effort, but it was simple process of customer service and respect. And that readers, is why you should check them out. That kind of service, while it should be the norm, is growing harder and harder to come by. Not sure if this was coincidently individual great work, the Manager's influence, or Apple's corporate work practices, but whatever the cause, hats off to Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Hanover. More

Customer Needs My 2012 Dodge truck needed to have the Crankcase filter changed and the EGR flushed as part of exhaust maintenance that is set by Dodge. My wife talke My 2012 Dodge truck needed to have the Crankcase filter changed and the EGR flushed as part of exhaust maintenance that is set by Dodge. My wife talked to Racheal along with the Service manager and explained to both of them that the EVIC was showing a "preform service" message on the dash. We even went as far as showing them the page number in the owners manual showing what the message meant and what needed to be done . The next day I received a call from Racheal stating they needed to run a diagnostics on the truck for a " check engine light" that was on . Then I was enformed that the above work would cost 274.00 including the EGR flush as I had asked for . When I asked why they had to put my truck on the computer I wasn't given an answer other then "who ever made the appointment stated that" ( by Racheal). An half hour later I receive another call from Racheal which I was unable to answer . Her message to me was " sir I was wondering if you would like to have the EGR flushed please call back and let me know". I am sure from the beginning I asked for the filter and the EGR to to be taken care of just as it is stated in the owners manual and that was all I needed to have done. After many failed attempts to contact the Racheal and the service manager and being hung up on by numerous employees I finally contacted the General Manager. I explained the entire mess with him and he said he would take care of it. A few hours later I received a call back from him stating that everything was taken care of and that the total came to be 189. And some change. He also said that they would contact my wife so that she could pick up the truck when it was done. Racheal never contacted my wife and the rest of the service that was to be ( EGR FLUSHED) was never completed . When asked why by my wife Raceal said " I never returned her call" the bill that I was told would only be 189 and some change was changed to 289.90 ! On EVERY ATTEMPT Racheal seemed to NOT listen to the needs of of the customer let alone her own supervisor. I have called yet again and left another message for the General Manager wanting to know why the service I ask to have done was not completed and why the bill was another 100.00 more. I will NEVER deal with dealership for ANYTHING again More
