I bought a 2017 jeep wrangler less than two weeks ago with a 1000 mile warranty which is basic for a used car. Two days ago I noticed the jeep making odd noises and pulling to the side. When I looked at it the driver side front brakes were completely eaten away and the caliper was seized. When I contacted the dealership they told me they only cover the power train and will not fix the brake issue. I do not feel that a car I bought less then 2 weeks ago should have broken already and then the dealership not honor any kind of warranty. I will not buy another car from them again. More

Took my 2014 patriot in for inspection and was told I needed new brakes and rotors quoted $800. The rotors seemed smooth to me so I decided to take it somewhere else to get a second quote . The brake sh needed new brakes and rotors quoted $800. The rotors seemed smooth to me so I decided to take it somewhere else to get a second quote . The brake shop I took it to told me everything was absolutely fine. No grooving on the rotors and more than half life on the pads. I bought my Patriot here at Apple, but probably won’t be shopping here again after this. More

Bought 2019 chevy trax and had it two days and the check engine light came on Had to take it back to be fixed. Said something to my salesman about the inside not being cleaned up and when you turned on the engine light came on Had to take it back to be fixed. Said something to my salesman about the inside not being cleaned up and when you turned on the fan in car smelled like smoke. So took it to stay overnight and pick up later the next day. When i got in i knew the inside did not get cleaned because handprint on dash was still there. I thought they would change the filters in the car for the smoke smell but guess not smell still there and bothers my sinuses. And they cleaned the outside but someone one must of hit the bottom part of front fender when pulling into carwash and snapped the corner of it my son saw it two days later. This is my first time buying here and will be my last. Am going to fix car and see if can trade it in at another dealership More

My truck was in for a recall issue and while on location it was damaged. The service manager viewed my video I made when I dropped it off showing no damage at that point.
