Does not stand behind their work Had a top end rebuild on a 2014 grand Cherokee in 12/2023. Had to return to the Ciocca for another issue. Upon inspection it was found the top end rebuild was faulty and the a 2014 grand Cherokee in 12/2023. Had to return to the Ciocca for another issue. Upon inspection it was found the top end rebuild was faulty and the most of the seals are leaking oil. The service advisor “tried” to have Chrysler make an exception for the repair. This was supposed to take a while for them to answer. David had gotten an answer back within an hour, a flat out no. Asked Thor a manger to speak with me. I believe the manager name was Roy. He had called me with pretty much not a care about the issue. He proceeds to say let’s just be real it’s a 10 year old vehicle. Yes, but with major repair under 2 years old that has failed. After going back and fourth he proceeds to tell me he didn’t have to call me, only did it as a curtisy. They refused to explore any options what so ever. It was just take it or leave it and literally tough luck so sad to bad. I have been a mopar owner for life. I will never deal with this dealership or even buy another mopar product as long as I live if this is how they test a loyal customer. Long story short Ciocca Chrysler Jeep could care less about you as a client. Only cares about the $$$. If I am so lucky to even get a response to this review( I doubt I will) it will be the standard” we are sorry to hear about this negative experience. Pleas contact one of our managers at 908-788-xxxx” I will now have to take my vehicle to a trusted mechanic and spend upwards of $1200 to correct an issue that should never have happend. More

Was having issues with my front collision sensor in a brand new Compass. Curtis and the mechanic figured it out really quickly after two other dealerships just put a bandaid on the problem.
