This was my first time looking for a vehicle after owning a car for more than 10 years. I was a little apprehensive about the whole sales process, so before I actually set foot in any dealership, I did a lo a car for more than 10 years. I contacted the Flemington dealership via their website from where I began an email exchange with Lou Avitabile. The majority of those initial conversations about price quotes, options, etc where done via email, which I actually preferred as it allowed me to gather my thoughts to Lou's questions. And out of all the dealerships I contacted, Flemington had offered me the lowest quote. I had a friend purchase his Jeep from the Flemington location as well and combined with the great reviews from this website, gave the Flemington dealership the inside track. I only stopped by the dealership once to get my trade-in appraised. During that visit I spoke with Renny Henderson (Lou's boss) who was able to address all of my questions. I liked that Lou had prepared a breakdown of what my monthly payments would be based upon how much of a down payment I put down. Renny was able to provide me a copy of that document so I could continue to shop arround. In addition, that doc really helped me go through the different options that I wanted and see how much of an impact different options had on my monthly payment. I didn't actually talk to Lou until I called him up and told him that I would make the decision to acquire the vehicle from Flemington. And once the decision was made, he made a great effort to find the vehicle I was looking for. Apparently the combination of options I wanted on my Jeep were hard to find. On the day of the pick-up, everything was prepared and went smoothly. Full tank of gas in the car and a handshake later, I was on my way with my brand new Jeep. Overall it was a pretty hassle-free experience. I was able to shop on my own terms and Lou and the team at Flemington were very upfront during the whole process.
