Prior to entering the Dodge Chrysler dealership on 1/12/13 I actually walked out of 3 other dealerships due to very poor customer service. Not one salesperson at these other dealerships would greet me 1/12/13 I actually walked out of 3 other dealerships due to very poor customer service. Not one salesperson at these other dealerships would greet me let alone spend any time with me. When I walked into your dealership a very friendly man came right up to me and introduced himself and offered to find a salesperson for me. Within minutes I was shaking Lou Avitabile's hand and introducing myself. From then on it was a pleasant/productive experience with Dodge/Chrysler. I purchased a wonderful vehicle at a good price that I could afford. As a matter of fact my wife and I will be back in a few weeks to test drive and possibly buy a new Jeep Patriot. I bought my first car in the U.S. at this dealership 20 years ago and got a car $100 over invoice with no haggling, when every other dealer put me through an ordeal. This time it was no different. I si years ago and got a car $100 over invoice with no haggling, when every other dealer put me through an ordeal. This time it was no different. I simply made a good, fair offer online which they accepted and within a few hours Patti and Andrew worked with my bank to have all the paperwork ready so all I had to do was pick up the car. Andrew explained the key features to us and took us for a test drive and answered any questions we still had before signing on the dotted line. This is how buying a new car should be. The only improvement I can suggest is to advertise the financing better. We got a 72 month 3.49% which I compared to what was on the web site (3.9%) and seemed better than anything else. When we signed the paperwork Medhat Aziz told us that we could have gotten better financing from them by at least 0.5%. Now initially I had planned to come to the dealership with my own financing as an option and then see whether I could do better with Flemington Chrysler, but the way Wells Fargo worked was just to give me a bank check and I could not back out. Had I had an idea that I could negotiate better than the advertised 3.9% at Flemington Chrysler I would have probably skipped Wells Fargo altogether and come to Flemington Chrysler right away for financing. So for future reference you might want to indicate on your website that better deals may be possible on financing. However, it was my choice to go that way, and we were under time pressure since the incentives were expiring, so overall I feel I still got a very good deal. I will certainly come back for a new vehicle there (though probably not for a while) and recommend it to friends. More
