I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler and had purchased a vehicle from this dealer in the past. Although it is a good distance from home, the experience was a very positive one and made me retur purchased a vehicle from this dealer in the past. Going from the runaround of you need to be here to do anything, and having a long ride to get to this dealer, I was up front by stating in my first contact what I was looking for. I gave details around my trade, and a request for adding a lift kit to the Jeep prior to delivery. Not only was I able to work with Craig Thompson over the phone to get 85% of the pieces to the puzzle in place before ever stepping foot in the dealer's showroom, but Craig was genuinely excited about working with me. The staff was friendly, understanding, and accomidating. Both Craig and Medhat (Aziz) were great to work with. I would highly reccomend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
