This was by far the best experience I have had buying any large priced item EVER. John really knows what customer service means. Any issue, no matter how minor (and they were all minor) was taken care of pr large priced item EVER. John really knows what customer service means. There was a change in care protection products available from Xzilon to Simonize Glasscoat and there was no extra charge even though it has a better warranty. The trade in price was right on the nose and the price for my 2014 Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel was fair. I wasn't pressured and felt very at ease throughout the whole process. The service department was also very pleasing. George took care of us promptly on our running board installation and Glasscoat application. Aziz worked very hard to make sure exactly what we were getting for what financing and he got us a great rate. But the shining star is John. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Jeep or Chrysler product. Hands down. More

In this particular transaction, I shopped for both a vw GTI & the Mini Cooper Countryman S, I wanted either brand new or a lightly used new vehicle. I must say that this Flemington dealership is BY FAR the most outstanding place at which to do business even though it was approximately 80 miles from my home ! Every Used Car value resource available to me, ( Auto Traders, Cars.com, kbb, Consumer Reports, etc ) lists an EXCELLENT price for my vehicle being $350 MORE THEN I PAID !!! Nearly my entire transaction was done over the Internet so when I went to pick up the car, it was my first time meeting anyone there. I was pleasantly surprised that ALL OF THE FOLKS at this Flemington dealership had the very same calm, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful demeanor ! Normally one of my least favorite places, oddly I found myself very at ease while waiting for the paperwork to complete, regardless of who I chatted up ... I found that tranquility permeated throughout the environment : ) This was SUCH a welcome change for me, I had to write them up. Oh, and if this does not say enough, they sent me a tin of chocolate chip cookies a few weeks after the deal was done. Now THAT is a class act : D More
