So, my car blew up and I was on a mission to find a pre-owned Dodge Journey at the end of the year. I had scoured the internet looking for a black 2013 Dodge Journey. I located this crossover at this pre-owned Dodge Journey at the end of the year. I had scoured the internet looking for a black 2013 Dodge Journey. I located this crossover at this dealership and got a great price from USAA. I had been looking for about 2 weeks trying different SUV's out and was concerned that my credit may not be quite as high as needed. During the latter part of a Saturday afternoon, I skeptically decided to make the trek an hour away. I had spoken with Scott Schilling, who was very courteous and said the vehicle was still available. Arriving at the dealership, I braced myself for aggressive sales people and/or my credit not being acceptable. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Frank Krohel was my salesman and couldn't have been nicer reassuring me that he had heard far worse regarding the capability of getting a loan. We took a spin in the car and I loved it. Back at the desk, he introduced me to Medhat Aziz. He reassured me that he was very sure I could do business with them. By that following Monday, Aziz worked his magic and voila, by Tuesday 12/31/2013, the crossover was mine with plates. I don't think I have ever bought anything that was as smooth as this procedure was.
