All in all, the process took place in a respectful and knowledgeable manner and within a timeframe that worked with our busy schedules, as we were not local to the dealership. Update 1/10/15: while the sales process went well, we've had a less than positive experience communicating with our salesperson ever since. I.e., our emails and voicemails not returned, so we ended up taking our needs to the manager instead. Needless to say, we're pretty disappointed that the sale itself was the only important part of this deal, to our salesperson. More
