While under their care they damaged my vehicle (body), but did the right thing and promptly Communication regarding vehicle status could be better. Overall highly satisfied with dealer (although see way too much of their service department for a problem plagued jeep grand cherokee only 6 months out of original warranty with 33k miles). Happy i bought an extended warranty for another 45k miles, already ahead with the $3k repair bill from my latest visit). More
