I initially came in for a check engine light and inspection. After waiting over 2 hours for a computer to diagnose the car I left the dealership with my car in the sale condition and short $185. I was told the 2 parts I need were on back order and I would receive a phone call when they came in. Nobody called me for a week and I had to call in just to find out the part arrived a couple days ago. In the meantime I bought the new tail light cover I needed and had to come in for a second visit. They installed the tail light cover I supplied and a fuse hub. The bill was $675 pluse the $185 diagnostic fee. I have to come in for a 3rd appt for the inspection and I’ve paid $860. Not happy with the high price and service. More
