This time at dealership our Sales Consultant was Alison O'Neill. Wow but does this lady have patience! My husband is a DETAIL man and he asked many, many - dare I say many questions about the vehicle & the changes in this new model year. Alison never once got flustered and each of her answers were well presented and accurate. Even on the coldest & windiest day of the year, she happily stayed outside with us (even though I am certain she must have inwardly shivering) while we looked and looked at vehicles! And in the end, we found the perfect one!! Thank you Alison, you are the best. We also worked with Eric Henderson, who is the Finance Manger. He explained all of the different warrantee items that were available to us on the vehicle, and he suggested what he thought would be the best items for us. HOWEVER,.... we did not take all of his advice - THEREFORE - we will be returning to get one of the options he suggested and we turned down. Make it easy on yourself, listen to this man.
