Initially contacted dealer online. Received a quick return email from Christa. Set up an appointment to look at car as we had a 2 hour drive. Met Robin. Went on test drive. My wife liked the car. Returned to the dealership and completed paperwork and agreed on price. Absolutely no high pressure sales. We were offered lunch. Car was checked over again as it was previously detailed. This was our second experience at Flemington Chevrolet and the personnel couldn't be more accommodating. They answered our questions knowledgably, tried to find a truck with a sunroof, allowed us to test and the personnel couldn't be more accommodating. They answered our questions knowledgably, tried to find a truck with a sunroof, allowed us to test drive the truck they thought would best suit our needs, and gave us a more than sufficient price for our 2008 truck. My husband's one request regarding the racks on the top of the roof was granted, and the racks were ordered and delivered to our home within days. Just two days ago, we received a box of cookies as a "Thank You" for purchasing from Flemington; this was a delightful surprise and shows what a class act this car dealership is. I would highly recommend traveling to Flemington even if it is not around the corner from you. It will be worth the trip! More

When i walked in I had to find a sales person on my own. I seen Bob at his desk. When I walked over to him, he looked up one time. After that he never stop looking at the computer. He continued to work on the computer while he talked to me. Very unprofessional in my opinion. He didn't make me feel at home at all. Then the gentlemen that took my car out for a test ride also was not to friendly neither. He handed me my keys and never even said hello or "here are your keys sir". He said nothing. Then to add to the insult, he offered me $14,000.00 for my car which was not a fear price.... I was so distraught by the treatment I left with out saying anything and went up the highway further( keeping in mind, I came from Trenton NJ ) and found another Chevy dealership (CHEVY 21 ) in Bethlehem PA. As soon as I pulled on the lot two salesmen greeted me at the door. They made me want to stay around to see what they could do for me. To make a long story short, they gave me $17,500.00 for my car and I left with a 2012 Silverado Z92 with a LCW Package fully loaded with a 6 inch lift kit. They made me feel good. I left there very happy. Basically Bob Campbell and the gentleman that dealt with test driving trade-in cars should learn better sales etiquette. Because I would have never left I would have stayed so we could have worked SOMETHING OUT.......... Im quite shore their actions do not reflect on everyone at the dealership, but it does not help any neither. More

My Mother took delivery of a 2012 Chevy Cruze this week from this dealer, and would like to compliment the sales personnel involved. My Mother up-graded from a bare bones 1996 Saturn, purchased new, and had no experience with the new auto technology. She also had no previous experience in purchasing a vehicle. Ms. O'Neill, Misters Henderson, Slack and Parker spent a great amount of time explaining the vehicle and financial options available, which made my Mother very comfortable with the deal. Ms. O'Neill also provided all the time needed to explain all the vehicle functions at delivery, most of which were new to my Mother. Thank you to these folks for their help, and highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and family atmosphere. More
