Usually, dealers try to be sneaky and put stuff into the paperwork you don't need and keep nagging to get you to approve. Flemmington did nothing of the sort. The paperwork was easy to understand and they were upfront. They show options for extra protection plans and it's all up to you to decide.....NO PRESSURE! I would reccomemnd them to anyone. I have never bought a car without spending hours and hours waiting for papers to be ready. Wiseman is the best!!! I have NEVER dealt with a salesman as easy-going as Wiseman. He never pressured me. I gave him my demands and he worked hard to meet them. Even though it was late, Wiseman stayed and thoroughly explained everything to me. Did I mention that wasn't the first time I kept him there after closing? The next day I had to pick up my plates from the dealer and Wiseman personally went to pick up my old vehicle, where it had broken down. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a New or Pre-Owned GM Vehicle, to visit Flemington GM. I came in originally to look at a Chevy Cruze, but was very impressed when I saw the 2012 Buick New or Pre-Owned GM Vehicle, to visit Flemington GM. I came in originally to look at a Chevy Cruze, but was very impressed when I saw the 2012 Buick Verano. I ended up test driving a whole bunch of cars both New and Pre-Owned. In this process, our salesmen TJ Paulus, was very pleasant to work with, as he knew all the answers to our questions and was very patient as we drove A LOT of cars. Jeff Parker, was very helpful in helping with the transaction, and providing us with pricing, quickly for a number of vehicles. We ended up leasing a 2012 Buick Verano, and had to get it from another dealership. Very smooth transaction, as we had a deadline to make to meet the guidelines of the “Experience Buick Lease.” The delivery day, was very smooth as they had already set up my XM Radio and the OnStar. TJ Paulus, helped us go over the vehicle and showed us all the cool features that the Verano has to offer, and also was able to answer all of our questions regarding the Verano. Big thanks to TJ for really going the extra mile in helping with the whole experience! Eric Henderson, was able to give us all the information regarding warranties to the vehicle, which was very handy as we ended up going with the tire and rim program.
