Once we agreed to terms I forwarded my information over and brought the family over the next morning to pick up our new Acadia. We spent about 30 minutes inside the dealership with Jon. He already had our Acadia parked out front ready to go. We spent a few minutes with the Finance Manager Brenda Royer who was also a pleasure to deal with and then Jon handed us the keys and gave us our new car orientation and we were quickly on our way! The whole process was painless and we just breezed right through thanks to Jon. I purchased a cert pre-owned 2010 Chevy Malibu from your facility. What impressed me the most about Jon was he took the time to get me acclimated to the new car. He wasn't shoving me off the lot looking for his next sale once I made the purchase, even though it was a busy Saturday! He personally took the time to show me the Bluetooth, XM Radio, and OnStar features of the car (completely new to me, since my last car was a 2002 Hyundai Elantra) and set up the trial accounts with me alongside. And he also gave me a tour of the service facility so I'd know where to take my car and who to talk to the first time I need to take it in. Although I didn't spend as much time with her as I did with Jon, I'd also like to recommend Brenda, as she was also very informative, and patient in answering all my nagging financial and warranty questions I had. I was impressed with her pro golf knowledge too! I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars for the price of the vehicle. I looked around at other dealers, and you had very competitive prices for the used 2010 Malibu. I don't think I would've gotten much better of a deal anywhere else, if at all. But I was hoping to do a little better since I plunked down cash for it. I understand how slim the profit margins are, but not even a couple hundred off the price, for a 100% complete and problem-free sale? But I also loath, and am completely exhausted by, the haggling process, so part of that could be on my end too. Overall, my experience was about as good as can be for buying a new car. Should Jon still be hanging around years down the road, or if I win the lottery soon, I'd definitely seek him out to sell me another car.
