I found the car I wanted. .. listed on two of the car buying apps (Autolist & CarFax). I contacted Chula Vista Kia to talk to a sales consultant about wanting to purchase the .. listed on two of the car buying apps (Autolist & CarFax). I contacted Chula Vista Kia to talk to a sales consultant about wanting to purchase the car. I was fortunate enough to have Esteban answer my call... since he went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience from start to finish. Having been on the market to find the right car for me for a several weeks leading up to finding this beauty... I was already feeling anxious. It's crazy just how pushy, messy & unscrupulous many used car sales agents can be... but this was NOT the case with Esteban!!! So many of these cars you see listed on these internet sites turn out to be fake. They try to interest buyers with great looking cars at a great price... and the car doesn't currently exist. They count on your call or your visit to then try and steer you to other cars they have available that will never meet up to the listing you called about. Another scam we encountered was sales agents that will try and up-charge you with various add-on's designed to have you walking out the door spending several thousand more dollars than you expected to pay (outside of the taxes, license and registration that are expected). These poor sales tactics had me walk out on a few cars that came across my screen and had my interest initially. With Esteban he was very upfront with us... that I would not have those tactics used on me with him. Since I lived about 4 hours away from the dealership... I wanted to work out several details surrounding this purchase ahead of time... and Esteban accommodated all of my needs. We were able to drive down two days later and make the purchase with no surprises. I had a great experience at this dealership... and even a BETTER experience dealing with Esteban who was very professional and very helpful throughout every step... from my initial call... to subsequent calls with questions and seeking additional information... to the actual purchase itself... and even a nice follow-up call to ensure I was happy. I would definitely recommend working with Esteban at Chula Vista Kia. More

Car broke down a couple weeks ago while driving. Apparently it was a fuel pump sensor issue. Which is concerning since I had to get an issue with my fuel pump in November and it is only March.
