When I bought my new 2023 Kia Niro a couple years back, I was definitely happy how I was treated. Not just by the salesperson, but everyone involved like the loan guy and also the guy from the service department that came over after I had purchased to go over every feature in detail no matter how long it took. I had to write a little review to counter balance some negative reviews on here. I’m definitely going to buy my next vehicle here

Friendly, helpful, and honest. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that their systems where down and they did everything to get me in and service completed in a timely manner. Many thanks to not only the staff, but the IT people supporting the dealership as well.

I had my car towed in for service. - Kfudge

I had my car towed in for service. I was advised it would take 3-5 days to fix. It has been a week and they have yet to run a diagnostic to tell me what’s wrong. I reached out to the service department and was advised if you don’t want to wait you can have it towed somewhere else. I had my car towed to Kia to receive specialized care for my Kia. As a single mom I would hope they understand what a hardship not having a vehicle for a long length of time would cause. The service department could benefit from customer service training. A little empathy can go a long way. Really disappointing. I’m going to have to incure the additional expense of having my car towed to yet another mechanic. If Ball Kia cares so little about their customers may I suggest they get out of the business of customer service.

Outstanding dealership. They did what they said and said what they did. Very transparent and excellent communication. Bought completely online and they delivered it. The whole experience was fun and exciting.
