Talked to Telly agreed that I was promised the jack kit and manuals then the next call was from Scott Patrick leaving a message asking if the SUV even came with a spare tire and jack?!? And would it need a jack, I showed them when I bought the SUV it was missing. Called Telly back and he would talk to Scott to get it ordered. Will update on outcome.

Hola usted me conoce cuando compre el ford escape 2014. Que desde que lo vi y le senti muchos defectos. Y yo estaba en lo correcto. El carro tiene mucho ruido al acelerar pareciera que no esta bien la transmission o algo tiene por ahi por eso se los lleve pero dijeron que todo estaba bien. Pero no. Despues les dije que se cerraban y se abrian las puertas y me dijeron que no. Y que paso me mandaron una carta de recall por problemas com las puertas. Y desde hace 6 meses se le enciende la lusz anaranjada del motor. Yo me canse de molestarlo y usted no dejaba a sus teabajadores que hablaran conmigo. Yo solo queria que me cambiar de carro. Porque yo Jamas he dejalo de pagar el carro mensuamente al banco. Si yo compre este carro dizque para ahorrarme dinero. Y me salio peor . Las llantas tambien le compre hace 6 meses. Y el carro tiene 85000 millas creo que para tener ese carro desde octubre 2019 no son muchas las millas que se le han gastado. . Yo la verdad tengo varios meses que deje de usarlo.
