I bought a used 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe SEL from Luis I had my financing already done thru my credit union so I stated I wanted no hard inquiries on credit report. Well they ran it anyway! Can't believe that after placing the order and a deposit on January 7, 2021, they had the gall to pull this one. They said that they were doing me a "favor" by giving me a special price since these trucks are going for +$15k over. After having to control myself with the belligerent General Sales Manager, I walked out of the worst experience of customer service anyone could ever have. They indicated that the dealership was under new ownership and they had no previous letter or documentation that the vehicle was to be sold at MSRP, even though I had a copy of the order/spec sheet and a credit card voucher from the deposit. If Ford is allowing dealers to pull off things under their noses, it says a lot about their brand. More

They had the stupid suggestion to ask us to drive to get a smog check for an EV and claimed that is the reason for delay in getting our title and plate. No one is accountable and keeps passing us to the next person and we still did not get our answers and almost 3 months later no plate and no title. More
Had at test drive scheduled for a Mach e. Arrived and the person we had an appointment with was with another customer and unable to attend to us. Service department is terrible for Ford service The service advisor promised to call me after my car was dropped off at 10 AM. He didn't call. I called the next day and he promised my car would be done by the following morning. I drove to pick up my car and the advisor wasn't in. The work (recall) wasn't done. A trim part I ordered wasn't delivered. Another advisor hustled to try to help. He was the only advisor working. Under the circumstances, he did an excellent job. There seems to be a staffing problem. I waited two hours and the work was completed minus the trim part. The original advisor presented me with a bill without reviewing it item by item. I insisted upon a review and found that the bill included the installation of the trim part. I asked to have this item emoved from the bill although I did pay for the part. Now, 4 days later, I am calling to see if the part is available for pickup. It is my intent to have some other service provider install the part because no one could assure me the 1 hour installation would be completed in a timely fashion. Now no one in the service advisor department is answering their phone. No one has responded to my messages. There seems to be a staffing problem both in the advisor and the technician department. I took my car in for its 15000 mile service. I was told it would be done in hour and a half to two hours, and it was. And not only that my car was washed and dried, which was a nice surprise. Will be going back here for all my service on my vehicle and to get my next car. Very satisfied customer. Thanks for doing a great job,Ford of Chula Vista More
*Buyer Beware!* Shady Business Practices This dealership is a complete scam artist and uses shady business tactics that I am pretty sure are unlawful. I sold a 2016 Ford Explorer SUV to them This dealership is a complete scam artist and uses shady business tactics that I am pretty sure are unlawful. I sold a 2016 Ford Explorer SUV to them over a month ago. They offered to buy it on Craigslist through a program called Driveway. They made a reasonable offer so I drove it down there, spent 30 minutes doing paperwork. I owed $11,000 to Ford Motor Credit and they were buying it for $24,000. They said they would pay off the loan and give me the difference....makes sense so far...after they inspect the vehicle and complete the paperwork and I have "sold" the car to them, they tell me I won't receive the money ($13,000) for about 30 days and they will call me when it's ready. I was really caught off guard that a dealership of this magnitude would do this and it seemed very strange to me considering they have the car, Ford has the title, and I have positive equity in the car. 30 days has gone by, still haven't received my check, they have listed the car for weeks on their website to sell and I think now have sold it. Wait....how can you sell a car without paying for it. Its just a consignment program they are operating. I have a call into Ford Motor Credit and it looks like they didn't even pay it off right away so I accrued more interest when I "sold" them the car. Complete scam....*buyers and sellers* beware, this place is Robbing Peter, to pay Paul. What a joke and I am out $13,000, they said it should only be a few more weeks to receive the money...... More
Worst customer service Made an appointment for service at this dealership. I purchased my vehicle new here, they said one hour. An hour and ten minutes later, I asked where they were at and they showed me my car waiting to be washed, I told them I could live without the wash and they brought it around. They then told me they don’t know what happened but my car was not serviced and it would be another hour. No apology. Asked to speak to service Manager and all he said was that the computer messed up and I was the third person that happened to. Called and left message with GM and he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. I would not go to this dealership or any of its family of dealerships. This was by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! More

He got approval for the recall repair and within a couple of days it was done. He was very courteous and treated me like i mattered. Thank you. More
