I was hesitant at first to buy a car from a dealership, but after I met Eric that changed. He made me feel so conformable and answered every question I had with such a great attitude. A complete fraud. Written and verbal statements are documented. I am reporting this “dealership” to the BBB and everyone else who is associated with them. Our salesman, HD, and the finance team have made many promises in writing and have failed to deliver. They have added in extras items that we didn’t agree to pay for such as GAP coverage and extended protection, which they said would be for free, but they charged us anyway. They agreed to, in writing, to get us other items for our car, which they never did. Multiple messages have been sent and the couple scant replies (after may attempts to reach them) we have gotten have been proven lies. And many more attempts at contact them have resulted with no replies. Please avoid at all costs. If you have any questions feel free to look at their BBB reviews. They promised to deliver items to us and said that they can’t because the items were on back order. The items weren’t on back order which I confirmed through multiple sources and let them know. Every single interaction was a lie and we have no response from them trying to rectify this. They got their sale and they were done with us. HD, our salesman said they would throw in the extended coverage for free multiple times; In reality, this was an additional $5,000+ in costs. I asked to have this GAP coverage removed. Once again, no response. This is something that they are contractually obligated to do, but they didn’t do it. Here is where we stand with this dealership: multiple items promised in addition to our vehicle (still haven’t received them and they lied about their availability months later when they were supposed to deliver within 30 days). I requested to cancel the GAP coverage that they said would be free (no response). I inquired about our extended coverage that they said would be free but ended up being over $5k. No response. Please avoid. I thought this would be a great experience; instead it has cost me and my family moths of anguish and they don't t even have the decency to reach out to my family to make things right even though they promised it to us (in a signed contract). This ruined what should have been a good experience for my family and they can’t even have the decency to reach out to us to make it right. More

Lied to and ignored multiple times when trying to contact the salesperson after the sale. I thought this experience would be different than your typical lying car salesman promising something just to get a sale done. I was wrong. Avoid at all costs. More

After my poor mother bringing her jeep to this trash hole three times and only getting a rental once they go on and tell her it's the TPS! So after supposedly fixing this problem the jeep goes back into limp three times and only getting a rental once they go on and tell her it's the TPS! So after supposedly fixing this problem the jeep goes back into limp mode and the lights come back on! Well I've been a auto mechanic for 27 years and a diesel mechanic for another 16 I decided to scan the Jeep myself and after doing so it turns out to be the TPS sensor which is part of the throttle body and something we already paid for along with a gas pedal sensor that we already paid for Well after taking a good look at what they actually did I found a lose ground wire that was tapped with black electrical tape in stead of soldering it like professionals. This place is a joke and wouldn't bring a lawnmower to them. Beware!!! More
