After my poor mother bringing her jeep to this trash hole three times and only getting a rental once they go on and tell her it's the TPS! So after supposedly fixing this problem the jeep goes back into limp three times and only getting a rental once they go on and tell her it's the TPS! So after supposedly fixing this problem the jeep goes back into limp mode and the lights come back on! Well I've been a auto mechanic for 27 years and a diesel mechanic for another 16 I decided to scan the Jeep myself and after doing so it turns out to be the TPS sensor which is part of the throttle body and something we already paid for along with a gas pedal sensor that we already paid for Well after taking a good look at what they actually did I found a lose ground wire that was tapped with black electrical tape in stead of soldering it like professionals. This place is a joke and wouldn't bring a lawnmower to them. Beware!!! More
I waited over 12 months for them to call me for a recall part that they said would take 2 months. I send my car in for the service 10/31/22 and as of 11/21-22 they still have my car. I am now being placed on hold for 30 minutes or until I hang up. I have called asking for General managers information in which no one seemed to know the name. Finally get a name Adam Black for General Manager and there is no Direct phone number. Operated transfer me to General manger Adam Black there is no introduction or confirmation that I have Adam Blacks voice message. I have tried to find information online which it states that David Constantine is the General Manager and there is no direct contact information to be found; unlike the other dealerships which list name, number and even a picture for there General Manager. I can not explain why this is happening because no on is being respectful in the service department. I believe I have become a joke to them and not a customer. Who transfer people and pretend they are not who I ask for and promise to call back and places customers on hold for 30 mins? I can't believe I have to go through this. More

The guys…ALL of them, are awesome. But Mike & Dave gave this 73 year old the ability to go see my husband who is in a nursing home, w/o having to ask people to hold hood up on my van or being afraid of getting home safely. They have become Family to me because they care & when you find people like these, you don’t walk away…you keep going towards them. They are honest hard working people who care about people. What else could anyone ask for? Thanks guys! I love you all!!😊 More
Currently not happy with the service department of this dealership. The sales department is great. The financing guys are great. I had to take my newly purchased 2020 Jeep Cherokee in for service because there was noise coming from the front end. They were very accommodating at first. They thought they fixed the issue but I had to return again for the same complaint. I had to leave my vehicle there so they could investigate and they gave me a loaner to use. Grateful for that. However, I have called several times to check on the progress and lately all I get are non returned calls or call dodging. I have been waiting since January 22, 2022 for some information on my vehicle. (Yes, it's been there this long to investigate a noise) I have been patient. I'm fed up with the response or lack there of concerning this situation. Someone please fix this! More

The I purchased my lease a few months before maturity from CDJR of Willoughby and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The salesman added a premium extended warranty of $3400 into the purchase price without asking if I would like an extended warranty. He also didn't send the payoff to the lease company and the lease company kept harassing me that I was going to be sent to collections and my car may be repoed. I still don't have my memorandum title after 2 months. I canceled my extended warranty and the finance manager asked why I got it in the first place. I told him that I never asked for it. He replied that I should look at my paperwork more carefully. Maybe your salesmen shouldn't be sneaking in warranties. Well, I thought the finance manager sent the cancellation for the extended warranty like he said he would do, but he never did. I had to call and send the cancellation to the company myself. This all started October 11th and it is December 11 and it is still not finished. More
