Very unprofessional and disorganized. Poor communication amongst various salespeople and managers. Jordan the salesman told me to do some simple math and I would have my answer. When I we Poor communication amongst various salespeople and managers. Jordan the salesman told me to do some simple math and I would have my answer. When I went to test drive it (appointment made) I walked right by it (it was the only Ram Sport on their lot) but he made me wait 10 min while he “located” it. He was arrogant and condescending and not willing to work with me; including the manager that day. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this dealership. More
I did a vehicle trade in June 29, 2024 and received a new 2023 Jeep Compass and by late September I started observing battery light issues. I took the vehicle in to CDRJ twice the last date October 5th the v 2023 Jeep Compass and by late September I started observing battery light issues. I took the vehicle in to CDRJ twice the last date October 5th the vehicle has been in the service department since then. All I am hearing from the service department is there is no ETA on the parts from the manufacturer so now I am stuck with car payment but am not driving the car I bought instead I am in a smaller jeep Renegade that was given as rental. I am beyond angry at this point. This car dealership is the absolute worst all they care about is money for their pocket and not the customer. My advise don't buy your vehicle at CDRJ. The finance department is a rip off too..Yan Gonzales did the financial documents for the ca, I bought twice changing to price on me and don't try calling because there is always no response. Run as far away as you can from this dealership spend your money somewhere else. More
I have a 2020 dodge certified challenger scat pack I took it here on June 10th because of low coolant they found that the heater hoses were leaking so they replaced them under warranty the service advisor at it here on June 10th because of low coolant they found that the heater hoses were leaking so they replaced them under warranty the service advisor at the time was Sidney once I brought my car home she calls me and tells me I need to come back and pay the $100 deductible if not they are going to repo my car so I go back and talk to the manager and let them know I have no problem paying the deductible but don’t try to threaten me over the phone that you’re going to repo my car over $100. They waived the deductible and I went back home. Then 2 months later August 5th I noticed my coolant was getting low again I took it in on August 5th for them to check it out I figured I give them another chance my mistake. It was raining that day this time my service advisor was Ethan fryatt he charged me $230 for a diagnostic fee even tho my car is dodge “certified” I drop my car off they call me a few hours later and tell me my radiator has a small coolant leak it’s going to be $1800 to replace because it’s not covered under my warranty I decline and go pick up my car I ask him to have the technician show me the leak he tried to show me on the passenger side of the radiator while there was water dripping down the radiator said it’s coming from there it’s a small leak but there’s coolant residue from dried up coolant i was skeptical and told him I’ll keep an eye on my coolant level I went and purchased coolant from their parts department I then waited a few days for the weather to clear up and not rain I texted Ethan on August 8th told him “ Hey man so I'm questioning the leak that was coming from the radiator it's been not raining and I looked and I don't see any leaks coming from where your technician said ” he then called me and told me he will talk to the technician when he comes back to work because he was off already since then I have not heard anything back I went to another shop tires plus and auto repair and told them my situation with the dealership they went ahead and did a quick pressure test in front of me which would indicate I have a coolant leak somewhere and did not charge me for a diagnostic fee. The pressure stayed the same and did not drop they told me I have no leaks the reason my coolant was low was because when they did the heater hose changes they did not bleed the system right I called them the next day and spoke to someone and I told them what this shop said and that I want a refund because they tried to scam me out of 1800 and they scammed me out of $230 and they told me me to bring the auto shops report and they “will see what will do” no promise of a refund I opted not to go back and pay to get a diagnostic report and bring it back to “maybe” try and get a refund. Just a warning these people at this dealership are scam artist and would not go there again. More
Garret was a great car salesman Very professional and patient. My only concern is that the rest of the staff should better explain all the process about leaving your car in trading, care about the custom patient. My only concern is that the rest of the staff should better explain all the process about leaving your car in trading, care about the customer when they ask about what is going to be the payment for the new car, instead making you to sign for the new loan without no info. Also, they should explain that Autopay, is a separate company that is going to take care of your payments. I was new and I thought my payments were going straight to the bank. More
This dealer posted a price for a car in the inventory, and I made an appointment to drive and purchase it. Upon arrival at the dealership I was presented with several additional charges that were not prev and I made an appointment to drive and purchase it. Upon arrival at the dealership I was presented with several additional charges that were not previously disclosed. They were obviously trying to add another $6000 to the posted price. After refusing to pay for these other backdoor charges, the sales manager made it clear that he would not negotiate. Then he tried to play bait and switch on me with a cheap clunker off the back lot. Save yourself the trouble of having to walk out. Don't bother in the first place. More
The service is not good. There is no communication from anyone unless it is about cost or the chance to set up financing for a new vehicle. Family member bought a used Jeep Cherokee here. It was somehow not available to pick up for a week. They did give her a loaner to drive until they got her vehicle ‘ready’. Day 2 the Check Engine li It was somehow not available to pick up for a week. They did give her a loaner to drive until they got her vehicle ‘ready’. Day 2 the Check Engine light came on. The interior smells like vomit even though it was kept there a week for ‘cleaning’. The transmission and exhaust seem to have major issues. This car is not safe to drive. As there is not even a 30 day warranty we will be taking it to a reputable mechanic for a thorough check over and repair. Looks like it may be very costly. Look elsewhere as this dealership is willing to sell a non running vehicle to an unsuspecting buyer. This is a vehicle that should have gone to auction. Instead we are stuck with a huge problem. More
Salesman showed me a jeep that had rubicon decals on it. I said how excited I was about a rubicon multiple times, no one ever corrected me. Apparently it had decals on it but it was only a base sport. The I said how excited I was about a rubicon multiple times, no one ever corrected me.
