From the moment that I walked in the door, I was treated with warmth, courtesy, and respect. I purhcased a pre certiifed 2009 Jeep Cherokee in June 2012. Biggest mistake I ever made was going to this dealership. I spent the entire day there negotiating and then waiting for the Jeep to be re 2012. Biggest mistake I ever made was going to this dealership. I spent the entire day there negotiating and then waiting for the Jeep to be ready for delivery. Since i live an hour away I wanted to leave with the vehicle. Couple things were not working (heat, driver window made noise going up and down). They assured me they would repair all issues free of charge. I had to take a day off work to go back to Brooklyn for the repairs. I called ahead for service and told them I bought the jeep from them and these items were covered free of charge. Danny the Sales Manager at the dealership confirmed he did the same. I got to the service department at 7:00AM so I could be in and out fairly quickly. The day turned into a nightmare. I was told Danny never called and then had to wait for him to come in which wouldn't be until 10 AM. So I sat at the Service Department for 3 hours before they would even look at my Jeep since they needed Danny's authorization since there would not be a charge for the work. Okay so 3 hours later they get the okay. I sat there until 4:00PM when i was told my Jeep was fixed. I went out and tried my window and it worked better. I didn't try they heat because it was 95 degrees outside. Silly me. Once I got home and it was cooler out I tried and it still didn't work. I have bitten the bullet on that because I don't want to go back there for more aggrivation. I called my local CHrysler Dealer to find out if the heat would be covered under the exteneded warranty which I purchased for $1,950.00. The Chrylser Dealer did not have me as having an exteneded warranty. After at least 2 dozen calls to the dealership to try and get some answers, I finally found the name of the sales manager was Chris Arato and I started leaving messages for him. After another 2 dozen calls of leaving messages for him and never a return call, I tried to call the Finance guy since he was the one I purchased the warranty from. Since I don't remember the name of the person I dealt with, I spoke Chris Guzman and he told me I do not have a Chrylser Extened Warranty. I have something from the Portfolio Group which states if I live within 40 miles of the dealership I have to go back to the dealership and I have a $100.00 deductible and all repairs need to be approved thru this company. None of this was every explained to me at the time of purchase. I was not even aware you were able to purchase a warranty without going thru Chrysler and why would I want to? I have been trying to cancel the exteneded warranty for four weeks and still am getting the run around from this dealer and no one returns phone calls. I just wanna cancel the warranty and buy one directly thru Chrysler so I do not have to deal with the incompetency of this dealership. Stay far far away from them unless you want to be ripped off and lied to. More

Recently bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot from this dealership and I have went to previous Jeep dealerships, but I did not like the customer service and felt the saleman did not care about me and my interest. Once I cam to Giuffre and met Nester Nall it was a great experience. He he listened to me and what I wanted. He tried his best and then some to make me happy with my purchase. He was very friendly and professional. I also want to give a shoutout to the salesman Adam as he helped me out also. On August 2, 2012 my Jeep had an appointment for it yearly check up at the Jeep repair shop, I spoke to the repair specialist about my jeep 2008 gas mileage and decided to trade in the jeep for a newer model. That is when I met Nester Nall. Mr. Nester Nall from the first meeting was very polite and professional. We spoke about my concerns and he went to work to find the car that would fill my traveling needs. I would highly recommend these to professional Jeep employees to all my family, friends and community members. This was my second time visiting this dealer (Guifree Jeep) and on both occasions it was great. The first time I bought a JEEP LIBERTY Arctic and I loved it, well my wife loved it and now I brought our f Jeep) and on both occasions it was great. The first time I bought a JEEP LIBERTY Arctic and I loved it, well my wife loved it and now I brought our friends-neighbor’s to buy a car after many bad experiences with ford, kia, and Hyundai. Nester Nall really wanted to make this deal happen the same day, so he got on his grizzly by giving us a great deal price wise and making sure the finance department helped us to the fullest. First he showed us thru the website then he took us to the car LOT to show us the vehicle and we loved it. He demonstrated all the features and very professionally performed all the paper work to get this DONE. What I really liked was that Nester along with the manger and the finance personnel stood late till 11:30 when closing is at 9pm to make this deal happen. Both times I went to guifree JEEP they filled the cars with gas and gave us a first free oil change. I WOULD RECOMED THIS DEALER because they work with you price wise and financially.
