I was trying to get basic information about a car for 2 days. No one in that store seems to want to sell a car. I was a buyer and they simply could not get back to me. I worked with Neil Iton at CDJRF Manhattan and had an excellent experience. From the time I walked in late one Saturday afternoon to the purchase of my car six weeks later, my dealings with Neil were del excellent experience. He was able to find me a previously-owned Fiat, the availability of which was/is very slim. Let us start by bringing up that the mopar family of products is amazing. This service department not so much. I came here three weeks ago at 7:30am spoke to Emmanuel Karamalis whom had my car checked a products is amazing. This service department not so much. I came here three weeks ago at 7:30am spoke to Emmanuel Karamalis whom had my car checked and ultimately ordered parts . Parts arrived last week, I then brought the car in yesterday Monday May 23 to avoid an accident as my car is losing power. I came back in on the May 24 to ask how long would the repairs take, manny started hollering at me in plain waiting area. I obviously got mad and asked him to lower his tone. That’s when Dillon (manager comes around and tells me after 3 weeks of waiting for parts he is going to bring my car down cause manny is having a hissy fit. I told him what I need is the same respect offers to these millionaires and not to be yelled at cause he is overwhelmed. Dillon went around and answered my question and actually stayed calm and collected. He gave me the information I needed. He told me to get a rental until Friday as they are backed up and it will give them time. I will now go and extend my rental until friday. Emmanuel Karamalis should be fired for yelling at a customer the way, he raised his voice at me. Not everyone is going to have the same control, so avoid yourselves the possible disrespect. Avoid Emmanuel Karamalis as your representative if you are using an extended warranty. His excuse is he is extremely busy and overwhelmed to disrespect a customer is unacceptable. Emmanuel Karamalis should stay away from customer service 🙌 More
