I was happy my car was ready for me on 7-25 @ 1:30pm. Still don’t understand the reason for the unexplained alarm and what caused it go off. And what to do to disarm the alarm if it happens again. Was disappointed I was not offered a low cost rental for the time my vehicle was in the shop.
