Typical new york city people they sell you the car after you signed the papers they do not care about you at all …. The finance guy sergio worse ever they tell you a price in the showroom when you get to th you signed the papers they do not care about you at all …. The finance guy sergio worse ever they tell you a price in the showroom when you get to the back room they try to sneak stuff in your deal without even telling the customer i understand they work on commission but is better if you tell the customer first THAT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO we are spending money …. The whole staff in this store is super ghetto loud music , loud mouth , cursing each other like they in the block with their friends hanging out this store is terrible !! And what blew my mind is that this store is managed by this guy named rich with loud mouth and cursing and constantly saying the N word no respect for customer at all I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP STAY AWAY !!!! More
